The KAP Steering Committee is composed of representatives from all member schools, plus an executive board composed of the two co-directors, an associate director, and the Kenyon KAP registrar.  The board members serve open-ended terms.

The Steering Committee exercises supervisory responsibilities for overall KAP activities and policies.  At its annual convocation, the Steering Committee sets policy and reviews the previous year's activities.
