KAP Schools billed annual school fee 

October 1
Mail out second class list. (First class list sent out when letters are sent to students) All drops/adds should be made at this time, returning the class list with appropriate changes and signatures. Return class lists with signature even though there are no changes. I keep these on file.

October 1 

Make the necessary adjustments to student’s schedule with more than three units of KAP credit by this date. If no adjustment is made the last class added will be dropped. No KAP student may earn more than 3 units of Kenyon credit during their KAP career (1 unit = 8 semester hours)

Class lists with drop/add changes and instructor’s signature, including late applications, due in Registrar's Office.

Report from Steering Committee to Bonnie McCluskey on financial aid candidates - number and degree of need.
Nov 3
FALL CONVOCATION – Weaver Cottage 9:00 a.m. All high school instructors, steering committee reps, Kenyon professors are required to attend. Three hour workshop w/ lunch to follow – returning home by 2:00
January 1
Each associate KAP school billed on the $100.00  per course fee for each student.   Invoices will be mailed and returned to Bonnie McCluskey; KAP Registrar; Kenyon College; Gamier  OH 43022

Kenyon KAP faculty paid stipends.
Feb 1
A fourth class list will be sent out with the remaining conditionals (CE). On this list is when the conditionally enrolled and those regular students with academic difficulties may drop their KAP course, but with no KAP refund. Those conditionals left will automatically become regular KAP students and will receive a grade for their course.
March 1

March 1st is the deadline for the last opportunity to drop their KAP course.

Applications for the 2008-09 KAP school year mailed out to the Steering Committee Reps.

April 1
Deadline for applications for Gerrit Roelofs Memorial Fellowship. Submitted to Steering Committee Rep. and forwarded to Director.
April 15
Deadline for the 2008-09 KAP applications, sent to the Registrar's Office in order for the students to receive a KAP enrollment letter before summer break. If applications are received after this date there is no guarantee students will receive their letters before school is dismissed for the summer.
May 15
KAP schools report roster of 2008-09 KAP courses and faculty (if any changes) to the Registrar's Office. Remember that all new faculty must be approved by Kenyon College.
June 5
Deadline for submitting grades for all 2007-08 KAP students, also submit transcript request forms for graduating seniors. You should enter your grades via the web, if not possible you may FAX (740 427-5615) your grades to me, follow up with a phone call to make sure we received your grades.
June 16-20
